02Approach

How I run programmes.

  1. 01

    Clarity

If it can’t be written as a milestone, it isn’t a plan yet.

  2. 02

    Dependencies

Find them in planning, not in the release.

  3. 03

    Visibility

One source of truth. Red is fine — surprises aren’t.

  4. 04

    Ownership

Every risk, decision and deliverable has one name on it.

  5. 05

    Cadence

    Predictable rituals beat heroic sprints.

  6. 06

    Trade-offs

Scope, time or quality — say out loud which one moves.

  7. 07

    Outcomes

Measure what customers get, not what teams ship.

  8. 08

    Pragmatic AI

Use AI where it removes real work, not where it makes a better demo.

06How I contribute

What I bring to a team.

01 Technical programme management

Multi-team planning, roadmaps, milestones and release plans. I keep scope, capacity and stakeholder expectations in the same conversation, and make trade-offs explicit.

  • Multi-team programme planning
  • Release & deployment planning
  • Resource & capacity planning
  • Quarterly planning
02 Delivery governance & risk

Dependency maps, risk registers, decision records and dashboards — lightweight enough that teams use them, rigorous enough that leadership trusts them.

  • Dependency & risk management
  • Programme reviews & KPIs
  • Escalation management
  • Stakeholder reporting
03 Engineering foundation

Eight years writing and leading software before moving into programme roles. I can read an architecture diagram, challenge an estimate and debug a delivery problem with engineers.

  • SDLC
  • API integrations
  • System performance & reliability

08About

Hi, I’m Prakhar.

I started my career writing mobile software for healthcare, then spent years building and leading engineering teams before moving into programme leadership. That path shapes how I work: I care about the plan, but I also understand what it takes to build what’s in it.

Along the way I’ve led AI programmes, such as computer-vision safety systems running on live CCTV, and built AI products hands-on: an AI-assisted no-code platform for enterprises, and LLM tools that write tickets from BRDs. Today I lead enterprise AML and financial-crime platform implementations, working with product, engineering, customers and compliance teams to get complex systems live across many countries.
